By downloading or using Casino Lac Leamy GatePass, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Please review them carefully.

1. App Usage

Casino Lac Leamy GatePass is a digital companion application designed for guests of Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy, for personal, non-commercial use. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from CASINO LAC LEAMY GATEPASS LTD.
• Disrupt, disable, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or related systems.
• Use the App to transmit malicious code or harmful content.

2. Intellectual Property

All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, logic, text, branding, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by CASINO LAC LEAMY GATEPASS LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the App. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.

3. Privacy and Data

Casino Lac Leamy GatePass does not transmit any personal information to external servers. The App does not include third-party trackers or analytics. Preferences, pass status, bookings, and points are stored locally on your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Account and Pass

You may use the App as a guest, create an account, or sign in with demo credentials. Account-bound features — including the GatePass QR credential, loyalty points, and personal bookings — are available to active members only. Your GatePass is activated at the Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy front desk during your stay. Account creation alone does not activate the pass.

5. Simulated Features

The App is a self-contained demonstration product. All bookings, reservations, service requests, and server-side actions are simulated locally. No actual room, dining, spa, or service bookings are placed with the hotel through this app. The App is for illustrative and demonstration purposes.

6. Suitable for All Ages

The App is appropriate for users aged 13 and above and is designed to be family-friendly. It contains no explicit or inappropriate content.

7. No Guarantees

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASINO LAC LEAMY GATEPASS LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes and Updates

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
